  • What is EMDR?

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is a trauma-focused therapy designed to help your brain process and resolve difficult or traumatic memories. It's our specialty, and we've collectively provided more than 10,000 hours of it.

  • Do you take insurance?

We do not take insurance, however, we do provide Superbills that you can submit to you insurance.

  • How long are sessions, and how often will I need to come in?

Sessions run 55, 80, or 180 minutes depending on your needs. Frequency is collaborative - we'll talk through what makes sense for you as we go.

  • Do you offer telehealth or in-person sessions?

We offer telehealth and in person sessions.

  • What if I need something outside normal business hours?

We understand healing doesn't always fit a 9-to-5 schedule. We offer flexible and intensive scheduling options for clients who need more urgency or availability outside typical hours.

  • What is an Intensive, and is it right for me?

Our 3-Hour Intensive format allows for concentrated, focused EMDR work in a single extended session — often a good fit for clients traveling in from out of the area or looking to make faster progress.
