What is EMDR?
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is a trauma-focused therapy designed to help your brain process and resolve difficult or traumatic memories. It's our specialty, and we've collectively provided more than 10,000 hours of it.
Do you take insurance?
We do not take insurance, however, we do provide Superbills that you can submit to you insurance.
How long are sessions, and how often will I need to come in?
Sessions run 55, 80, or 180 minutes depending on your needs. Frequency is collaborative - we'll talk through what makes sense for you as we go.
Do you offer telehealth or in-person sessions?
We offer telehealth and in person sessions.
What if I need something outside normal business hours?
We understand healing doesn't always fit a 9-to-5 schedule. We offer flexible and intensive scheduling options for clients who need more urgency or availability outside typical hours.
What is an Intensive, and is it right for me?
Our 3-Hour Intensive format allows for concentrated, focused EMDR work in a single extended session — often a good fit for clients traveling in from out of the area or looking to make faster progress.
