At Strength and Healing Counseling, our priority has always been providing you with the highest quality, individualized trauma-informed care. To continue offering that same level of excellence — expert EMDR training, flexible scheduling, and the depth of attention each client deserves —
we are updating our rates beginning October 1, 2025.
We know cost is an important part of this decision, and we want to be transparent with you every step of the way.
What are the new rates?
- EMDR (55 min): $250
- EMDR (80 min): $350
- 3-Hour Intensive: $750
- Intake & Assessment: $350
Does this affect me if I'm already a client?
If you are a current participant, your existing rate will hold through December 1, 2025.
What if the new rate is a hardship for me?
Please reach out directly — we want to talk with you about your specific situation rather than have cost be a barrier to care.
